We are a PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center and operate under the guidelines and standards established by our accrediting organization. All paperwork is required and must be complete before participation in any program.

All participants must update application information annually per PATH Intl. Accreditation Standards. All forms are to be completed by the participant or the parent/guardian. Use the buttons below to submit the 2026 application form and session registration.
