Step 1: Evaluation
Evaluation Session
Every prospective participant begins with a 45-minute Evaluation Session at the barn. This informal meet-and-greet gives you the chance to get familiar with our setting, meet our team, and help us understand your goals.
This session also sets a baseline for tracking progress in our programs.
Step 2: Explore Programs
Adaptive Riding
Adaptive (Therapeutic) Riding is a goal-oriented equine-assisted activity that supports the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of individuals with disabilities.
Adaptive Driving
Adaptive Driving is an equine-assisted activity that offers the benefits of horsemanship to individuals who may be unable—or prefer not—to ride astride a horse.
Hippotherapy
Hippotherapy is a medical treatment strategy used by licensed physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists who incorporate the movement of the horse to improve function.
Services For Heros
Equine-assisted services provide a powerful path to healing and renewal for veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders. These individuals often face the lasting effects of trauma, stress, and physical injury.
Equine Assisted Learning
Equine-Assisted Learning is a guided, experiential approach that uses interactions with horses to develop life skills in areas such as communication, self-awareness, problem-solving, and leadership.
